Cyclooxygenase inhibitors impact animal model implantation and gestation. According to recent research from India, "comparison of effect of three cyclooxygenase (COX) inhibitors, indomethacin, nimesulide and celecoxib, on the following were assessed: preimplantation loss, postimplantation loss and duration of gestation in Wistar rats.
