Radical radiotherapy of the entire uterus likely rules out future pregnancies

Partial irradiation of the uterus may not rule out pregnancy, but researchers say that radical radiotherapy involving the entire uterus means a successful pregnancy is unlikely, even if the ovaries are still functioning. According to a study from England, "A significant number of adult premenopausal women are offered pelvic radical radiotherapy as part of the management of their malignancy.
