Pyridorin results reported; new CEO named at pharmaceutical firm

BioStratum, Inc., updated news about its phase II trial of a drug to treat diabetic nephropathy and reported on the promotion of Robert J. Schotzinger to president and CEO.

Schotzinger, who will also serve on BioStratum's board of directors, joined Biostratum in November 2000 as VP and chief medical officer and was appointed president and chief operating officer in October 2002.
