Nutrient selected for study of gastric bypass surgery patients

A current study being conducted by Shadrach Smith, MD, at Truman Medical Center Hospital Hill in Kansas City, Missouri, is using Almased Multi-Protein Powder as a meal replacement to meet the protein and essential amino acid needs of obese patients who have undergone gastric bypass surgery.
