In the Newsweek issue "When Fat Attacks," Correspondent Anne Underwood and Senior Editor Jerry Adler report on scientists' evolving understanding of how fat cells function and how such research may help find treatments for obesity and its related diseases-heart disease, diabetes - and other health problems.
