Food processing association senior director comments on IOM report on obesity

In response to the release of a report by the U.S. Institute of Medicine of the National Academies (NAS) on combating childhood obesity in the United States, Robert Earl, MPH, RD, senior director of nutrition policy for the U.S. National Food Processors Association (NFPA), made the following comments:
