Company presents data supporting early detection of diabetic retinopathy

In support of National Diabetes Month, Douglas Anderson, founder and vice chairman, Optos, presented a poster at the recent Diabetes Technology Meeting in Philadelphia, Penn. Anderson's poster, "Improving Preventative Approaches to Diabetic Retinopathy Management using the Optomap Technology," focused on the use of the Optomap Retinal Exam in the detection and management of diabetic retinopathy.
