Nutrition products company finalizes agreement with Wellness Watchers Systems

NutraCea (NTRZ) announced that they have signed an agreement to private label their proprietary stabilized rice bran formulas for Phoenix-based Wellness Watchers Systems LLC (WWS), a distributor of nutritional and bio-medical food products. Terms of the agreement provide for NutraCea to grant WWS non exclusive rights to market its portfolio of stabilized rice bran-based nutritional supplements and bio-medical foods under the Wellness Watcher branded line to a global distribution channel.
