TrueTrack Smart System added to ProCare Rx national formulary

Home Diagnostics Inc. announced that its TrueTrack Smart System blood glucose monitor has been added to the ProCare Rx national formulary, effective immediately.

"Being placed on the ProCare Rx national formulary furthers Home Diagnostics' goal to increase patient access to affordable diabetes supplies while also serving as a testament to HDI's proven experience as a manufacturer of premium quality products," stated Dino Dibella, sr. director of managed care for Home Diagnostics, Inc.

Today, the TrueTrack Smart System is co-branded by national retailers, wholesalers, and mail order companies.
