Survey shows New Year's resolutions focus on wellness over weight loss

After overindulging at holiday parties with mounds of cookies and gallons of dips and spreads, you would think Americans would have one New Year's resolution at the top of the list: weight loss.

However, a recent survey conducted by Omron Healthcare found that more than 75% of American adults are more likely to set New Year's resolutions around fitness and wellness over simple weight loss.
