As part of the merger, the controlling shareholders of MEDirect Latino have taken control of Interaxx, and the name of the company has been changed to MEDirect Latino Inc.
MEDirect Latino has completed phase II testing of its television marketing campaign and internal system protocols. The company has recently completed one of several market testing programs with media campaigns on Univision, Telemundo and Telefutura in key Hispanic Medicare consumer markets.
