Carbohydrate-to-protein ratio effects on energy homeostasis studied

Researchers discuss the effects of high-fat diets with different carbohydrate-to-protein ratios on energy homeostasis in rats with impaired brain melanocortin receptor activity in a recent issue of the American Journal of Physiology - Regulatory Integrative and Comparative Physiology.
