Study data on body water test to measure insulin resistance presented at congress

KineMed, Inc., a drug development and medical diagnostics company, presented results from its insulin resistance program at the 3rd Annual World Congress on the Insulin Resistance Syndrome held in San Francisco, California.

As part of the session entitled "Recent Developments in Identifying Patients with Insulin Resistance," the company presented data from a study describing and validating the insulin resistance test, the deuterated glucose disposal test or 2H-GDT, including comparison with the traditional hyperinsulinemic-euglycemic glucose clamp method.
