Reduction in intramuscular LCFA-CoAs is linked to high insulin sensitivity

A reduction in intramuscular long-chain fatty acyl-CoAs content is linked to enhanced insulin sensitivity in muscle after a chronic reduction in plasma free fatty acid concentrations in type 2 diabetic patients.
