Holding company to change company name to Z-Trim
March 6th, 2006
Circle Group Holdings (CXN) announced that their board of directors has approved a change of the company name from Circle Group Holdings, Inc., to Z-Trim Holdings. This change is subject to shareholder approval. Immediately following shareholder approval the trading symbol will be changed from CXN to ZTM, the committee for uniform security identification procedures number will be changed, and new certificates will be issued to replace all existing shares.
