Renee C. LeBoeuf, PhD, diabetes researcher, joins stem-cell company's advisory board

University of Washington Professor Renee C. LeBoeuf, PhD, has joined Ixion Biotechnology's scientific advisory board.

LeBoeuf, whose work in diabetes research has earned her international acclaim, is research professor, department of medicine, division of metabolism, endocrinology, and nutrition at the University of Washington.

LeBoeuf has nearly 3 decades of experience as a researcher, much of it in diabetes research. She has authored almost 70 papers in scientific journals, published nearly 30 abstracts, and lectured internationally.
