New morbid obesity study findings have been reported from Stanford University, Department of Surgery

New research, "Attitude of prospective surgical residents regarding surgery for morbid obesity," is the subject of a report. "Obesity and associated co-morbidities have become an epidemic in the United States. As surgery for obesity becomes more common, surgical training programs need to address this growing demand," scientists writing in the journal Obesity Surgery report.
