New morbid obesity study findings reported from University of Tennessee

"The popularity of bariatric surgery has increased in recent years with the escalating incidence of morbid obesity in our society. The improvement in minimally invasive technology and the increased number of laparoscopic bariatric procedures being performed have resulted in the discovery of unexpected pathology not suspected preoperatively," researchers in the United States report.
