Researchers at Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University have published new data on obesity and diabetes

According to recent research published in the journal Evidence - Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine, "Mushrooms are low calorie food with very little fat and are highly suitable for obese persons. With no starch and very low sugars, they are the 'delight of the diabetics'."
