"The aim of this retrospective study was to assess the effect of calcineurin inhibitors on post-transplant weight gain. A total of 99 patients were studied. The patients were divided into cyclosporine A (CyA) and tacrolimus (Tac) groups and were evaluated for weight changes and risk factors related to weight gain.
