Scientists at University of Michigan target diabetes

In this recent report published in the journal Endocrinologist, researchers in the United States conducted a study "To describe the effects on pregnancy outcomes of exposure to exenatide through the first trimester of pregnancy. A 35-year-old woman with type 2 diabetes mellitus, hypertension, infertility, oligomenorrhea, and morbid obesity, conceived spontaneously while taking multiple medications, including exenatide."
