New investigation results, 'Sexuality and obesity, a gender perspective: results from French national random probability survey of sexual behaviours,' are detailed in a study published in Bmj. In this recently published study, investigators in France conducted a study "To analyse the association between body mass index (BMI) and sexual activity, sexual satisfaction, unintended pregnancies, and abortions in obese people and to discuss the implications for public health practices, taking into account the respondents' and their partners' BMI.
