Southwestern Pennsylvania is gearing up for major concert acts and fun-filled events for the City of Washington, PA's Bicentennial Celebration week -- July 28 - August 1 -- a celebration for the history books.

First on the agenda: Saturday, July 31st concert. This free concert includes headliner country sensation Big Kenny also of Big and Rich. Also performing will be Grammy-Award winner and legendary bluegrass performer Ricky Skaggs and local favorites such as Joe Zelek. Presented by Range Resources, the free concert will be held at W&J's Old Main Stage.
