WHO/ WHAT: As part of an inspirational nationwide tour, "Iron Andy" Holder, a triathlete who was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at age 36, will be at The Medicine Stop in Chicago on Thursday, August 26 from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm. He will speak to patients at 3:00 pm. The Medicine Stop will also be providing free glucose screenings to attendees. The Medicine Stop is a member of the Good Neighbor Pharmacy/Diabetes Shoppe network, where pharmacists provide comprehensive education and care for people with diabetes.
