Findings from Indiana University Broaden Understanding of Obesity

2011 SEP 12 -- "Obesity has reached epidemic proportions in the USA. Consequently, there is an increasing number of obese diabetic patients who would otherwise be appropriate candidates for pancreas transplantation (PTx)," scientists writing in the journal Clinical Transplantation report.
