Gloucester Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a privately held cancer therapeutics development company, announced that Joseph S. "Jay" Mohr has been appointed president and CEO, and a director, of the company.

Founded in 2003, Gloucester develops and commercializes innovative clinical and pre-investigational new drug application-stage products for the treatment of cancer. Apple Tree Partners, an early-stage, life sciences venture capital fund, provided the initial funding for the company.
