Alliance for Cancer Gene Therapy

$4 million in research grants awarded

Margaret Cianci, executive director for the Alliance for Cancer Gene Therapy, Inc., (ACGT), a national foundation based in Stamford, Connecticut, has awarded national grants to five Young Investigators at major research institutions, totaling $2.5 million over 3 years, for separate cancer gene therapy research projects.

This is in addition to the $1.5 million in grants ACGT awarded to three Young Investigators last year, for a total commitment of $4 million.
