Recent research published in the International Journal of Hematology reports of "a patient with a variant form of CD2+ acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) who had double translocations (15;17) in a single leukemic cell. The patient presented with severe neutropenia, thrombocylopenia, and disseminated intravascular coagulation."
