ImmuneRegen BioSciences Signs Material Transfer Agreement with Celgene Cellular Therapeutics

ImmuneRegen BioSciences, a wholly owned subsidiary of IR BioSciences Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:IRBO), announced it has finalized a Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) with Celgene Cellular Therapeutics (CCT). As part of the agreement, ImmuneRegen will ship its potential therapeutic Homspera(R) to CCT for testing.

Addressing existing complementary product pipelines; Celgene Cellular Therapeutics and ImmuneRegen are exploring opportunities to jointly pursue U.S. government funding in support of their rapid wound healing applications.
