Study Finds Starion Instruments' Tissue Welding Technology Reduces Pain and Bleeding in Tonsillectomy Patients

Starion Instruments, a leading surgical device company, announced that a study published in the Annals of Otology, Rhinology & Laryngology found that the use of Starion's proprietary Tissue Welding Technology in total tonsillectomy patients resulted in significantly less intraoperative blood loss and lower pain scores compared with cold dissection tonsillectomy.
