Inspiris forms office of the president, led by COO Mike Tudeen

Inspiris announced the formation of an office of the president, led by Mike Tudeen, COO. Other members of the office will include Kirk Stanley, CFO, and two outside board members, Ralph Sabin of Pacific Venture Group and Greg Taylor of Blue Chip Venture Co. The move is in response to CEO Gregg O. Lehman's announcement of his intent to leave the company to take a new leadership position as president and CEO of Minneapolis, Minnesota-based Health Fitness Corp.
