Humana launches SilverSneakers Fitness Program in Hawaii

Humana Inc. (HUM) is now offering a free exercise program and fitness center memberships to its Medicare-eligible members in Hawaii. The SilverSneakers Fitness Program is the nation's leading exercise program designed exclusively for older adults and is available for Medicare recipients free of charge when they enroll in a Humana Medicare Advantage plan or a Medicare Part D stand-alone prescription drug plan. The innovative exercise program includes a free basic health club membership at one of 13 area health centers.
