Urology is the focus of research from France and the United States. Study 1: Endoscopic treatment with a dextranomer implant in pediatric patients with severe sphincteric deficiency is effective for up to 2 years in half of the patients. "To treat sphincteric deficiency in children, endoscopic bladder neck injections may avoid or salvage more complex procedures.
