OccuLogix, Inc., (RHE) announced that David Boyer, MD, presented Rheopheresis (RHEO) efficacy data from the "Prospective Evaluation of Visual Functioning with Rheopheresis Treatment for Age-Related Macular Degeneration in Canada" (PERC) protocol at the American Society of Retinal Specialists (ASRS) Annual Meeting in Montreal, Quebec. Boyer is a clinical associate professor at the University of Southern California and an investigator in OccuLogix's pivotal (phase III) U.S. trial, MIRA-1.
