Experts call for overseeing of BioShield procurements

The president and CEO of the manufacturer of a licensed anthrax vaccine called on Congress to mandate an independent, multidisciplinary panel to oversee procurements under BioShield. "Biopharmaceutical companies are managed and operated by multiple disciplines," BioPort President and CEO Bob Kramer said.
