Company completes agreement with Unimarck

Fytokem Products, Inc., has completed an exclusive marketing agreement with an Indian-based pharmaceutical manufacturer, Unimarck Pharma (India), Ltd., (Unimarck). The agreement gives Unimarck the exclusive right to use two of Fytokem's Tyrostat products and one Canadian Willowherb product format in the pharmaceutical market in India. Unimarck has submitted an application to the Indian Drug Authority (IDA) seeking approval for the use of these products as claim-based active ingredients in Unimarck's line of pharmaceutical products.
