Dialysis product maker reports loss of $0.26 per share

Aksys, Ltd., (AKSY), a pioneer in dialysis systems, reported results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2004.

For the fourth fiscal quarter of 2004, Aksys reported revenues of $654,000 compared to revenues of $677,000 for the fourth quarter of 2003. The company reported a net loss for the fourth quarter of 2004 of $7.9 million, or $0.26 per share, compared to a net loss of $6.7 million, or $0.22 per share, for the fourth quarter of 2003.

For the year ended December 31, 2004, Aksys reported revenues of $2,416,000, compared to revenues of $1,492,000 for the year ended December 31, 2003. The company reported a net loss for the full year...
