Chinese patent issued for California company's vascular suturing technology

The Chinese patent is the eighth such patent Sutura has received for the company's main SuperStitch technology.
Sutura, Inc. announced on November 22, 2004, that it had signed an Agreement and Plan of Merger with Technology Visions Group, Inc. (TVGR) of San Marcos, California. The merger is now proceeding through due diligence and satisfaction of closing conditions.
