Study 1: Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs may have a useful role in hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer (HNPCC) chemoprevention.
"Cyclooxygenase 2 (COX-2) overexpression is a frequent but not universal event in colorectal cancer.
