The restated financial statements have been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission in an amended Form 10-K/A for the year ended December 31, 2005 and an amended Form 10-Q/A for the quarter ended March 31, 2006. The company has also filed its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2006 which had been delayed due to the restatement.
