According to recent research from Rome, Italy, "The aim of this longitudinal study was to evaluate the echocardiographic outcome of acromegalic heart disease in patients undergoing different therapeutic approaches, in order to investigate whether SSA could provide therapeutic advantages as compared with neurosurgery.
