According to a study from Randwick, Australia, "The microtubule-depolymerizing drug, vincristine, is effective in the treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). Although vincristine resistance mechanisms have been extensively characterized in cell lines, their clinical relevance is poorly understood."
