Emtec Federal (OCTCBB:ETEC), an information technology systems and services company, announced the expansion of its management and sales team with the addition of three industry veterans. Emtec Federal appointed Larry Hopkins as Director of Civilian Team I, Jeff Posey as Director of Federal Enterprise Sales and Services, and Donald Gunsolus as an Enterprise Account Executive.
