Fuselier Holding, LLC Meets With All West Hawk Development Creditors Holding Liens and Lawsuits; Proposes Settlement Terms for Each

Fuselier Holding, LLC, Richardson, Texas, announced that it has now met with all creditors holding liens and lawsuits against West Hawk Development Corp. (TSXV: WHD; Frankfurt: H5N), including at a global meeting with 29 creditors present who had filed lawsuits or made liens against West Hawk. Fuselier Holding, LLC said formal agreements have now been made to all creditors and that responses are expected on or before May 14th, 2008. The aggregate amount of debt addressed in these proposals to creditors totals $8.5 million, the majority of the debt that has been assigned to Fuselier Holding LLC.
