Kaye Scholer announced that Eric H. Sussman, who currently serves as the Deputy Chief of the Financial Crimes and Special Prosecutions Section in the United States Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Illinois, will join the firm as partner in its Chicago office, effective June 1, 2008. Mr. Sussman will join the firm as Kaye Scholer's Chicago head of Regulatory Enforcement and White Collar Litigation.
