Innovatier Files Suit Against Identita Technologies, Inc. and Identita Technologies International SRL for Tortuous Interference of Its License Agreement with CardXX, Inc.

Innovatier, Inc., a provider of innovative packaging solutions, has filed suit against Identita Technologies, Inc. and Identita Technologies International SRL for attempting to deprive Innovatier, Inc. of its rights under its licensing agreement with CardXX, Inc. In its lawsuit, Innovatier is seeking an injunction to prohibit Identita Technologies, Inc. and Identita Technologies International SRL from infringing upon its rights under the licensing agreement.
