Motley Rice LLC, one of the nation's largest plaintiffs' litigation firms, announced the retirement of one of its founding members, Ann K. Ritter. Ritter has practiced law for 26 years; much of it spent working with her Motley Rice colleagues on noteworthy cases involving asbestos and other defective products, and more recently, securities fraud. In addition to serving on the firm's Executive Committee and managing the occupational disease and transportation practice groups, she had recently taken a leadership role in Motley Rice's securities litigation practice which includes representation of international institutional investors.
