Schenck Brothers to Attend Griffin Funeral



June 15th, 2008

Western New York natives and pro-life activists Paul and Rob Schenck (pronounced SHANK) will return to Buffalo tomorrow, May 29, 2008, to attend the funeral mass for former Buffalo mayor Jimmy Griffin. The service will be held May 29, 1:30 PM, at Our Lady of Victory Basilica in Lackawanna.

The Schenck brothers, who are identical twins, were leaders in the pro-life movement in Western New York from 1988 to 1994. Mayor Griffin defended the actions of the Schenck brothers and hundreds of others who counseled women outside a number of abortion businesses in Buffalo and surrounding areas, arranged for healthcare for expectant mothers and adoptions of their babies and staged...
