Certicom Reports Year-end Results for Fiscal 2008

Certicom Corp. (TSX: CIC) ("Certicom" or the "Company") reported results for the fiscal year and fourth quarter ended April 30, 2008. All figures are in U.S. dollars and in accordance with Canadian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) except where otherwise noted. Revenue for the year was $16.6 million compared to $21.4 million for fiscal 2007. For the fourth quarter, revenue was $3.5 million, compared to $6.5 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2007.
