Delaware 'Police Blotter On Demand' Program Results in Capture of Robbery Suspect

The Delaware State Police Department and Comcast announced that a tip generated from Comcast's community-oriented local video on demand service, Police Blotter On Demand, led to the capture of robbery suspect Brandon K. Hall. A Philadelphia area witness recognized Hall after watching a Police Blotter On Demand profile. The witness relayed information pertaining to the suspect's whereabouts to the Delaware State Police, who in turn shared information with the U.S. Marshall Service.
